If you've been enduring 40 days of abstinence from Pilates, you'll be delighted to see that I am marking the arrival of spring with a dash of colour to welcome you back to my online classes. To set a seasonal tone, my interior designers selected a shade known as "Nicola Sturgeon's hair" from the Farrow & Ball paint chart. In the UK at least, spring brings a slew of Bank (public) Holidays. But I think it would be perverse to deny you your favourite exercise classes just as the season of giving things up is over, so I have decided to carry on teaching all my regular online classes over Easter.
